Sustainable Scottish salmon fillet from high welfare farms

McAdams uses only the prime cuts of fresh Salmon fillets, delivered to us daily from high welfare approved farms in Scotland. Salmon is rich in vitamins A, B and D as well as omega-3 fatty acids to help your dog’s immune system, ensure coat health, whilst also fighting against skin irritations.

Salmon helps improve your dog’s brain functions and can reduce inflammation thanks to the high amounts of omega-3 essential fatty acids found in fresh salmon.

Other brands use chicken carcass and meat meal to make their food

All McAdams foods are 100% fresh meat, we never use any powdered meat meals which are low grade and not fit for human consumption. You will see meat meals labelled as dried chicken or lamb, or dehydrated or air-dried meats on Ingredient Lists.

Green-lipped mussel for enhanced joint care

Native to the coastal waters of New Zealand, green lipped mussels are one of natures best kept secrets. They are a fantastic source of glucosamine, chondroitin and marine lipids, all of which have been proven to support healthy joints.

If you’re curious why it’s called ‘green-lipped’, it’s because it has a lovely emerald-green tinge on the edge of its shell.
